14What device needed to tip your Sailboat mast when going under a brigde?

Well, I got this Sailboat. To get it to my house you have to cross this bridge. I see other people’s Sailboats mast retract or they come done. What do I need to get that done. What device do they have. I looked it up online and nothing comes up. Please Help!
