17I just got sims 2 bon voyage and the whole shift click thing wont work and i cant delete any building stuff?

I have used the game before without bon voyage and it worked fine, and i had university, nightlife, and pets expansions installed along with the basic game, so why is it freaking out now? P.S. by shift click i mean when putting down wallpaper or floor when you press shift click to do it to the whole area.
To bev m, i am in the wall mode, and it wont delete.

I’ve never heard of that happening, but something very similar happened to me before. Sometimes when I press the “Shift” button too many times it locks on me, hence, causing my computer to freak out.

I’ve run into this problem in the past. If you’re applying paint or flooring to areas that aren’t completely covered in the same paper/paint/etc., you have to individually change the sections so that they are all in the same design before you can shift-click. (In other words, if you’ve laid down six tiles of one design, then switched to another design, shift-click will only work for one series of tiles or the other. You have to do each one individually.)
I’m not so sure what your question is when you say, “i can’t delete any building stuff”. Are you asking how to delete walls, floor tiles, etc.? Make sure you’re in the right mode (i.e. if you want to delete a wall, be in the wall building mode) and Ctrl-Click and drag to delete. If you’re asking something else, please clarify, and maybe I know the answer. Maybe.
